• No refunds on deposits

• No weapons, smoking, or illegal substances

• Respect the space — damages billed at replacement cost

• Studio not responsible for lost or stolen items

• No unauthorized recording or copying of beats

• Engineers must be credited on all releases

• Songwriters retain rights unless split sheets are signed

• Unsafe behavior = session terminated

• Studio not liable for building issues (power, HVAC, hallways, parking lot)
